Refund policy

- Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and verified (NOT including holidays, sales, non business days)
- Orders ship 2-3 day shipping
- All orders are shipped via DHL, FEDEX, UPS or USPS
- If a package is LOST -- SHADYMUVA does not hold or accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. -      We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered
- SHADYMUVA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. (If this happens please file a claim with USPS all orders have insurance)
- Please double check and make sure shipping address information is correct to avoid a delay in your orders delivery date.
